Shipping & Delivery

We ship standard ground via UPS, FedEx, and USPS, chosen per shipment. Most items ship from our partner warehouses across the US; some styles ship direct from their brand. One order can arrive in several packages, each with its own tracking number. Shipping is shown per shipment in your cart and at checkout before you pay.

This is the short version. Our full Shipping Policy covers the same ground plus tracking, address accuracy, and what happens when a package goes missing or arrives damaged.

Free Shipping

Each shipment has its own free-shipping point. The shipment from our partner warehouses ships free at our published threshold for orders up to a weight limit to addresses in the continental United States; heavier shipments and bulky styles ship free from a higher threshold, and pay less to ship the bigger they get below it. Each brand that ships direct has its own shipping charge, a rate for the first pound plus each additional pound, waived once that brand's items in your order reach its own free point. Our Shipping Policy lists every rate. We never charge shipping after the fact. The partner-warehouse threshold is $99 today.

Other Destinations

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO, and other military addresses are eligible for shipping but always have their carrier rate calculated at checkout — you don't need to email us first. These destinations never qualify for free shipping.

We do not currently ship internationally.

Delivery Times

In-stock orders placed before the warehouse cutoff usually ship the same business day. The rest ship the next business day. Transit after pickup depends on which partner warehouse ships your order — most continental US ground orders arrive within 2–5 business days of pickup.
