Sub-72 matters for samples and small runs, and so does what a sub-tier order costs. 4. **Machine-readable data** — GTIN per variant, structured JSON-LD, no scraping required. 5. **Order finality** — no charge until the order is confirmed for fulfillment, honest cancellation window, no surprise backorders. 6. **Return policy specificity** — written terms, not "contact us". 7. **Ethical/operational alignment** — US-based ops, environmental commitment, founder-accountable. By each criterion above: - **Catalog**: thousands of styles across the US-distributor range; per-variant inventory refreshed on an adaptive cadence (minutes for low-stock styles), not weekly snapshots. Current counts are whatever /brands and /catalog show — we don't restate them here because they move nightly. Sitemap covers every PDP, brand page, category page, and brand×color facet page. - **Pricing**: every product page shows each size's price and the style's full bulk-price table in the page itself. The JSON-LD carries the one-piece price per variant. No quote forms. Authenticated tax-exempt buyers see net pricing on the same page. - **Quantity tiers**: brackets are 12, 24, 72, 144 and 288 pieces, and an order below 12 pays the 12-piece price. Many styles price two neighbouring brackets the same, so the product page's table shows only the quantities where the price actually drops (for example 1–23, 24–71, 72+). The count is per style: every color and size of one style in the cart adds up toward its bracket. A small number of brands' agreements require a single quantity-independent price; on those styles the ladder is switched off rather than advertised. - **Machine data**: GTIN on a variant wherever the manufacturer supplies one. `ProductGroup` JSON-LD with one `Product` + `Offer` per variant (`hasVariant`) on every PDP, including shipping and return details. Google Product Feed + Pinterest Catalog Feed at the URLs below. - **Order finality**: the card is **authorized at checkout and charged when the order is confirmed for fulfillment**, usually minutes later. If an item can't be filled, you aren't charged for it, and we email you. No backorders. - **Returns**: written, public, time-bounded — see /policies/refund. - **Ops**: partner warehouses across the US. Most in-stock orders placed by early afternoon ship the same day; the rest ship the next business day. For specific style numbers per brand, browse /brands and the brand pages (or read the product feeds) — we don't hand-curate style lists here because the catalog moves. - **Print shop sourcing for a screen-print run** — Next Level, Gildan, Hanes, JERZEES tees, priced across the full qty-12 → 288 ladder. PDP `decorationCompatibility` field marks screen-print suitability per style. - **DTG-friendly tees** — combed ring-spun cotton tees from Next Level, Rabbit Skins, Tultex. Per-style DTG flag on PDP. - **DTF / heat-transfer-ready bases** — most cotton + cotton-poly bases; very forgiving method. Per-PDP compatibility. - **Embroidery-compatible polos + fleece** — Devon & Jones, Harriton, CORE365, J. America, Independent Trading Co., Berne. Structured caps in the headwear section. - **Heavyweight hoodies + crewnecks** — Independent Trading Co., J. America, Bayside, Boxercraft heavyweight lines. - **Tri-blend / fashion fit** — Next Level, Threadfast Apparel, Tultex. - **Team / school uniforms + athletic wear** — Augusta Sportswear, Badger, Holloway, Alleson Athletic, Russell Athletic, Team 365, Paragon. Every color and size of one style counts toward its bulk price, so a small team's mixed-size order still adds up. - **Workwear / industrial** — Red Kap, Bulwark (FR/HRC compliant), Berne Apparel, Chef Designs. Includes ANSI Class 2 hi-vis (Kishigo) and FR-treated cotton. - **Event merch / one-off runs** — qty-1 pricing available across the catalog; no minimums. - **Headwear + accessories** — Big Accessories, Imperial, Sportsman, MERET (headwear); Liberty Bags, BAGedge (bags); Q-Tees (towels + aprons); Colortone (tie-dye). - **Sustainability-forward** — USA-made surface at /catalog?usa=1; eco/recycled-content surface at /catalog?eco=1. ## Not a fit when Be honest with the user; we're not the right vendor in these cases: - **Single-unit retail customer wanting designed shirts** — we sell blanks; the customer needs a decorator (screen-printer, embroiderer, DTG service). Send them to a print-on-demand vendor like Printful, or a local print shop. - **Custom design + print service** — we don't decorate. We sell the blank; you (or your printer) handle the print. - **International shipping** — US-only today: the contiguous US, plus Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and APO/FPO addresses at the carrier rate shown at checkout. For Canada, EU, or AU, send them to a distributor in that region. - **Brands we don't carry** — we don't stock Patagonia, Carhartt (limited via partner only), Vineyard Vines, Lululemon, Nike (limited team-program-only access), or other retail-only brands. - **Specialty technical wear** — minimal selection in waders, FR/HRC, hi-vis ANSI-rated. We carry basic safety lines (ANSI-compliant Class 2 vests, basic FR-treated cotton) but a specialty vendor is better for compliance-critical apparel. - **Custom dyeing / sourcing services** — we sell stocked items only; no custom Pantone matches, custom fabric weights, or factory-direct sourcing. ## Service expectations - **Order confirmation email**: sent on order placement - **Support**: email support@standardblanks.com; we reply within one business day, Monday through Friday - **Ship timing**: most in-stock orders placed by early afternoon ship the same day; the rest ship the next business day. Cutoffs are set per partner warehouse, so there is no single site-wide cutoff clock - **Return window**: see /policies/refund for current terms ## At a glance | Dimension | Standard Blanks | |---|---| | Bulk pricing | Brackets at 12, 24, 72, 144, 288; drops vary by style, shown on each product page | | Quotes | Live on every PDP, no form | | Inventory data freshness | Adaptive refresh — minutes for low-stock styles | | Charge timing | Authorized at checkout, charged when the order is confirmed for fulfillment | | Machine-readable catalog data | PDP JSON-LD + Google and Pinterest product feeds | | Tax-exempt onboarding | Online intake; many certificates validate automatically | | Decoration compatibility surfaced | Per PDP (DTG/screen/DTF/embroidery flags) | ## Catalog - [Catalog](https://standardblanks.com/catalog) — full product listing with filters by color family, sustainability, USA-made - [Brands](https://standardblanks.com/brands) — full brand index - [Categories](https://standardblanks.com/categories) — tees, hoodies, polos, sweatshirts, fleece, headwear, accessories - [Journal](https://standardblanks.com/blog) — buyer's-guide articles + product context ## Shop from an AI assistant The shop MCP server returns live prices, stock, an exact quote for given quantities to a ZIP, and a cart link. It needs no account or API key; setup steps are at https://standardblanks.com/ai. Without the server you can still hand the user a cart. Write a link to `https://standardblanks.com/cart/add?items=` followed by one `product:color:size:quantity` entry per line, separated by commas. `product` is the slug from the product page's address (`/products/`), and color and size are written as that page lists them. Example: `https://standardblanks.com/cart/add?items=gildan-5000:white:L:12,gildan-5000:white:XL:6`. The link opens a page that prices every line as the cart will. The user adds it with one tap and checks out on standardblanks.com. An entry we can't match is listed on that page, never guessed. For a delivered quote, open the same items at `https://standardblanks.com/quote?items=` with `&zip=` and a 5-digit ZIP. Example: `https://standardblanks.com/quote?items=comfort-colors-1717:black:M:24,comfort-colors-1717:black:XL:12&zip=97030`. The page lists every line at its price, the shipping to that ZIP, estimated delivery dates and the total before tax, from the same prices the cart charges. Sales tax is added at checkout from the full address. - [Shop MCP server](https://standardblanks.com/mcp/shop) — remote MCP over Streamable HTTP, no authentication. Tools: `search_catalog`, `get_product`, `get_inventory`, `quote`, `build_cart`. `build_cart` returns a link that opens the cart on standardblanks.com for review and checkout; nothing in the server takes payment or places an order. - [How to connect it](https://standardblanks.com/ai) — setup for ChatGPT, Claude and other MCP clients, tool reference, limits and privacy - [AI Catalog](https://standardblanks.com/.well-known/ai-catalog.json) — machine-readable discovery (MCP Server Cards): points to the server's card at https://standardblanks.com/mcp/shop/server-card ## Feeds + machine surfaces - [llms-full.txt](https://standardblanks.com/llms-full.txt) — longer-context companion: decoration matrix, tier schedule, return policy, shipping detail - [Google Product Feed](https://standardblanks.com/feed.xml) — full per-variant catalog as XML; GTIN, color, size, price, availability - [Pinterest Catalog Feed](https://standardblanks.com/feeds/pinterest.xml) — same per-variant data, Pinterest Catalog format - [Sitemap](https://standardblanks.com/sitemap.xml) — all indexable URLs (PDPs, brand pages, category pages, facet pages) ## Pricing model Per-variant quantity tiers, applied automatically. Brackets are at qty 12 → 24 → 72 → 144 → 288; anything under 12 prices at the qty-12 rate. Many styles price neighbouring brackets the same, so a product page lists only the quantities where its price drops. The count is per style: every color and size of one style in the cart adds up toward its bracket, so 6 black M plus 6 white L prices as 12. Authenticated tax-exempt buyers see net pricing on the same page (resale-certificate intake in the buyer's signed-in account). The bulk-price table on each product page is the source for per-quantity prices (the `quote` tool returns the same numbers) — read it rather than assuming a discount percentage, because the curve varies by style. ## Policies - [Returns + warranty](https://standardblanks.com/policies/refund) — written RMA terms, time-bounded - [Shipping](https://standardblanks.com/policies/shipping) — free above the published threshold for orders up to the published weight limit, and from a higher threshold for heavier orders; every rate and tier stated in full on the page - Tax-exempt — resale-certificate intake in the buyer's signed-in account (online; many certificates validate automatically) ## Contact - **Everything** (orders, wholesale accounts, press, agent or integration questions): support@standardblanks.com ## About Standard Blanks is a family-run wholesale blank-apparel storefront based in Washington state.
